Rustenburg Granite, Antique

Antique Rustenburg granite—also known as Nero Impala or Nero Africa—is a durable, fine-grained natural stone sourced exclusively from South Africa. Featuring a rich dark grey to black backdrop with subtle grey and silver flecks, it provides a consistent and elegant appearance that is ideal for a variety of applications. In an antiqued finish, Rustenburg granite takes on a textured, weathered look that enhances the stone’s natural beauty. This finish offers a unique, rustic feel, giving the stone a more vintage character while maintaining its depth and sophistication. Rustenburg granite is renowned for its strength and versatility, making it perfect for both interior and exterior applications. Whether you're installing kitchen countertops, bathroom vanities, flooring, wall cladding, or landscaping features, the antiqued finish brings a timeless, distinctive texture to any design. With its exceptional durability and resistance to the elements, antiqued Rustenburg granite is an excellent choice for outdoor use. Its neutral tones and textured finish make it an adaptable material that complements both traditional and contemporary styles.

Cutting

Granite blocks are cut into slabs ranging from 20mm to 200mm in thickness using advanced Italian multi-wire saws and gangsaw machinery.

Finishing

Granite slabs are polished using state-of-the-art technology for a high-gloss finish or treated to achieve textures such as sandblasted, flamed, antique, or honed.
